The need for Christian training for service cannot be overemphasized. It's a necessary process to ensure the Kingdom of God grows and increases quantitatively and qualitatively. This is how Christians become effective as salt and light in the world.
Aflame Mission Team has an established school of ministry which receives and trains people for youth ministry work. Every year we carry out recruitment drives in schools where we go to recruit young talents and those that aspire to serve in the Christian Ministry. It is in the S.O.M that we develop those with talent and calling into established ministers with capacity to serve in the different areas of their calling both within their churches and Para-church organizations like Aflame Mission Team. This school is open to all who desire to deepen their service in the Lord.
